01 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between dt999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers for, or uses any service offered through dt999.vu and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

dt999 operates as an online sportsbook and casino platform offering services including but not limited to: sports betting (including cricket, PSL, UFC, and international leagues), live casino games, slot games, fishing arcade games, and related promotional and loyalty services.

By completing the dt999 registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the dt999 platform, you conclusively agree to these Terms in full. 03 Account Registration & Security

3.1 One Account Per User

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) dt999 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. dt999 employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate account activity.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during the registration process, including your legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other details requested. You are obligated to keep your registration information current. dt999 may request updated documentation if your information becomes outdated or cannot be verified.

3.3 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your dt999 login credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Specifically, you must:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where offered;
• Log out of your dt999 account after each session on shared or public devices;
• Never share your dt999 login credentials with any third party;
• Immediately notify dt999 support if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

dt999 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, will be treated as your responsibility unless you have promptly notified dt999 of a suspected breach.

3.4 Real Name Policy

The name on your dt999 account must exactly match the name on your CNIC and on the payment accounts (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account) used for deposits and withdrawals. dt999 will not process withdrawals to accounts held in a name different from the registered dt999 account holder's name.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

dt999 accepts the following payment methods for Pakistani users: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Debit Card, and USDT Cryptocurrency. All PKR transactions are processed without currency conversion fees. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice, and dt999 is not liable for temporary unavailability of any payment processor.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500
• Maximum single transaction amounts and daily limits are set within your dt999 account based on your verification status and account history.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal requests submitted to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank typically process within 24 hours on standard banking days. USDT cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 1 to 6 hours depending on network conditions. Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

4.4 Verification Before First Withdrawal

dt999 requires successful completion of CNIC-based identity verification before processing any user's first withdrawal. This is a one-time requirement under our international licensing obligations. Failure to complete verification will result in withdrawal requests being held pending. dt999 may request additional supporting documentation in cases where verification cannot be automatically confirmed.

4.5 Withdrawal to Original Payment Source

For anti-money laundering and fraud prevention purposes, withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. dt999 reserves the right to require that a minimum deposit amount is wagered before a withdrawal is processed.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

dt999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms set out here and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by dt999 are subject to wagering requirements, meaning the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any withdrawal can be made. Specific wagering requirements are displayed clearly on each promotion page. Attempting to withdraw funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility Restrictions

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only — users who hold accounts in violation of these Terms are not entitled to receive or retain any bonus amounts;
• dt999 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice;
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred between accounts;
• dt999 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation, or collusion;
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per eligible user unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

5.4 No Bonuses on Restricted Games

Certain games on the dt999 platform may be excluded from bonus wagering contributions. The specific list of excluded or reduced-contribution games is published on each relevant promotion page. Wagers placed on excluded games will not count towards wagering requirements.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

By placing a bet on the dt999 sportsbook or playing any casino game on the dt999 platform, you accept that the result of that wager is final once confirmed by the platform. Bets once confirmed cannot be cancelled or amended except in specific circumstances set out in sport-specific rules published within the platform.

6.2 Cricket & PSL Betting Rules

dt999 applies standard cricket betting rules to all matches listed on the sportsbook. In-play markets are subject to suspension at any time due to match interruptions, weather delays, or data feed disruption. Bets placed on matches that are abandoned without a result may be voided in accordance with the applicable market rules. PSL-specific rules including Duckworth-Lewis adjustments are applied in line with the official tournament rules.

6.3 Error & Manifest Error Policy

In the event of a manifest error in pricing — including but not limited to obviously incorrect odds resulting from technical fault or human error — dt999 reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous prices, regardless of whether those bets have been confirmed. dt999 will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct manifest errors promptly. A manifest error is defined as a price materially different from what a reasonable person would expect to see for a given event.

6.4 Live Casino Rules

Live casino games on dt999 are supplied by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. The rules of each live casino game are governed by the rules displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino game, the hand or round will be settled according to the provider's disconnection policy, which is displayed in each game's help section.

6.5 Slot Game RTP and Fairness

07 Prohibited Conduct

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the dt999 platform — including but not limited to the dt999 name and logo, website design and layout, software, graphics, text, game content, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of dt999 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the dt999 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You are expressly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, scraping, framing, or otherwise commercially exploiting any content from the dt999 platform without prior written permission.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dt999 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the dt999 platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform;
• Any losses resulting from technical failures, platform downtime, or connectivity issues;
• Any losses arising from delays in deposit or withdrawal processing;
• Any losses caused by your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials;
• Any losses resulting from manifest pricing errors that are subsequently voided.

Where liability cannot be entirely excluded under applicable law, dt999's total liability to any user shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by that user into their dt999 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Termination by dt999

dt999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete required identity verification, suspicious wagering patterns, or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or its users.

11.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an account for cause, dt999 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and any winnings derived from fraudulent or prohibited activity. Any real-money deposits not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the original payment method after deducting any applicable processing fees and outstanding liabilities.

11.3 Termination by User

You may request closure of your dt999 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. You remain responsible for all activity on your account until the closure is formally confirmed by dt999.

12 Amendments to These Terms

dt999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, dt999 will endeavour to notify registered users via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or through a prominent notification on the dt999 platform.

Continued use of the dt999 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the amended Terms take effect.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dt999 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the dt999 platform shall first be referred to the dt999 customer support team for internal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within 28 days of formal notification, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution body specified by dt999's licensing authority. dt999's decision on any gaming dispute, including the settlement of bets, is final and binding except where overturned by a relevant regulatory authority.
